In a traditional banger the concentrate is placed directly in the banger, in a thermal banger the concentrate is placed inside a cylinder that is located inside the banger, which is surrounded by two walls. With the concentrates secured in a smaller area, less air is likely to contact the concentrates and the heat will be retained much better, allowing the banger to remain hot for a longer period of time. So, when smoking with friends, you will only have to heat it ones for all your friends to enjoy a dab.

The banger and carb cap are both made from heat-resistant borosilicate glass, which makes it great for dabbing. The male joint is placed in a 90°angle, making it suitable for all bongs and bubblers with a joint that are also equipped with a 90°angle.The flat top design allows you to use almost any style carb cap without having to worry about holding the cap to prevent it from sliding off.

Despite the difference between a thermal banger and a standard banger, the heating procedure is the same. Simply place the banger on the glass bong or bubbler and heat the banger on the bottom with a torch or lighter. Make sure you place the torch or lighter on the bottom only to prevent breakage due to the expansion of the material when heated elsewhere.
